With stunning views of the district and Barrington Tops, The Loft offers a peaceful retreat for couples and business travellers alike. With a separate entrance and car park, guests can enjoy complete security and privacy during their stay.

The Loft is a spacious slice of East Maitland accommodation that boasts a lux king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, and TV. Premium hotel quality linen, feather doonas and pillows provide a comfortable and restful sleep.

The Loft (STRA-207) is registered as a short-term rental accommodation in Maitland and abides by the NSW Fair Trading Code of Conduct.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything needed to make breakfast, whip up a simple lunch or reheat meals – a kettle, toaster, quality china and cutlery, wine glasses, tea and coffee-making facilities, a small fridge, and a microwave.

A small dining set for two near the window provides views over Denver’s beautiful garden. An iron, ironing board, clothes hangers, and hair dryer are also supplied for your convenience.

The ensuite bathroom comes complete with all the amenities – fluffy Egyptian cotton towels, hand towels, and face washers, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturiser.

Room was unique and private and an ideal setting for me to work from. Very well presented. Clean and some unexpected goodies like Kingston biscuits, a sensational orange juice and delicious muesli. Hosts Steve and Allie are very nice people. Having your own off street parking space was a bonus. Never been to East Maitland before. Many beautiful period homes that are lovingly looked after, just like the host’s house.
